I was born in Kansas, the third of four daughters. My parents made each of us feel special and thats how I treat my clients and customers. I want each of them to have a unique and positive experience when buying or selling their home. I do this by providing excellent customer service and keeping a positive attitude.

 

Prior to real estate, I obtained my B.S. in Computer Science at Oklahoma University and enjoyed fourteen years in the business world developing business systems for the state government and the hospitality and foodservice industries. Little did I know back then that computers would soon rule our world. Thankfully, those skills have helped me to provide effective and efficient service to my real estate customers.

 

I was first licensed in Oklahoma in 1993 and them moved with my husband to Santa Fe in 1996. I love it here and never want to leave. The climate, cuisine and small town/big attitude living is just wonderful. Thats why I give back to the community through volunteering. I have worked with the public school H.O.S.T.S. reading program for the last nine years. I also served on the Board of Trustees for Southwestern College. And I continuously volunteer for the Santa Fe Association of Realtors in a variety of capacities.

 

In order to further my education I have earned several designations. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), all three designations are awarded through the National Association of Realtors. I want to keep abreast of new practices, laws and information so that I can maintain my level of excellent service to my clients. I am consistently a top producer for Coldwell Banker Trails West Realty, Ltd. so I think my strategy has worked well over the years.

 

As I mentioned, I love the climate in Santa Fe and hike in the area and local mountains whenever possible. I also enjoy cooking, working in the yard and a variety of needle work. I sneak in a few minutes almost every day, and sometimes hours, of reading, a past time carried over from childhood and one I hope never to lose.
